Each piece is made by hand in our home-based Amman studio.  The pieces are made of 21k gold-plated or nickel-plated brass .  We also use semi precious stones, real freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, glass crystals, and different glass and rubber beads depending on seasonal trends.

If an item is sold out and needs to be restocked, the process will usually take around 14 days to ship out.

Delivery delays can be caused by events beyond the control of DHL, eg. weather events, local disruptions like public holidays, customs or strikes.

Gold-plated jewelry does tarnish or lose color over time and with wear.  However, with proper care , your pieces can keep their shine and color for years!  Nickel-plated jewelry tends to last longer and endure wear better than gold-plated pieces.  We advise you to keep you pieces packed in their pouches or boxes when not in use, keep away from moisture, and you will enjoy them for longer.

This depends on your skin sensitivity.  Some customers report itchiness and rashes after wearing nickel-plated jewelry while others don’t feel any discomfort.
